The German Association of Materials Management, Purchasing and Logistics (BME), leading purchasing and logistics association in Germany, wants to make South Africa, as a supply market, more accessible to its nearly 6.000 members in Germany and companies in Switzerland and Austria. From 20 to 22 February 2003, the Klerksdorp City Council will be hosting the Tourism Lekgotla 2003 in Klerksdorp in conjunction with the North West Parks & Tourism Board. This event will be hosted over a period of three days. The Council, with the community's assistance and support, will be responsible for the first two days and the North West Parks & Tourism Board for the last day, highlighted by the 2003 Tourism Awards gala dinner on Saturday evening.
