DETERMINATION OF NEW TARIFFS FOR THE HIRING OF HALLS

The Klerksdorp City Council gives notice in terms of the provisions of Section 80B(3) of the Local Government Ordinace, 1939E as amended and read with Section 10G(7) of the Local Government Transition Act, Second Amendment Act, 1996 that the City Council has resolved to determine new tariffs for the hiring of halls with effect from 1 August 2003.

A copy of the resolution will lie for inspecton at Room 111, Civic Centre, Klerksdorp during office hours for a period of Fourteen(14) Days counted from 12 June 2003.

Any person who has any objection to the amendment must lodge his objection in writing to TZ Mokhatla, Municipal Manager, within Fourteen(14) Days counted from 12 June 2003.

DETERMINATION OF NEW TARIFFS FOR THE HIRING OF SPORTS FACILITIES, SPORTS FIELDS AND COMMUNITY HALLS BY SPORTS CLUBS

The Klerksdorp City Council gives notice in terms of the provisions of Section 80B(3) of the Local Government Ordinace, 1939E as amended and read with Section 10G(7) of the Local Government Transition Act, Second Amendment Act, 1996 that the City Council has resolved to determine new tariffs for the hiring of Sports Facilities, Sports Fields and Community Halls (for the exercise of indoor sporting activities) with effect from 1 July 2003.

A copy of the resolution will lie for inspecton at Room 111, Civic Centre, Klerksdorp during office hours for a period of Fourteen(14) Days. (Document dated 4 June 2003, but only forwarded by the City Council on 17 June 2003)
